rmg digital were brought in to help ISS grow their Software Development Team initially placing people across Europe to ensure that their budgets went as far as possible.

A big part of mgs role included helping the hiring managers understand the various markets by giving them a full overview of the types of people they could get in various locations. Rmg also helped to ensure that a robust yet swift interview process was put in place to ensure that ISS could not only thoroughly vet each candidate but ensure they secured those that are in demand elsewhere.
